We are closed weekends & holidays.

Important Information

There may be times when the office is closed during normal operating hours due to court & hearings, continuing education, Inquests, magistration, etc. These instances are completely out of our control & extremely unpredictable. We apologize for any inconvenience this might cause.
We highly recommend contacting our office prior to appearing in person if you are traveling from a distance so that we can advise you of any potential office closures due to court, meetings, etc.

​Please read your courtesy letter (the additional piece of paper you received with your citation) BEFORE you call the office. ​Due to high call volume and limited staffing, if you call our office from a long-distance number - meaning you call from the Houston, Dallas, Austin area or even out of state, we will not be able to return your call. We can only return local, in our area calls. For your convenience, you may also email our office for information. The Chief Justice Clerk of this Court nor the Judge are attorney's, therefore it is against the law for our office to give you legal advice of any kind.
