Payments MUST be in the form of a money order credit or debit card.
All payments made payable to Washington County.
Information for Credit Card Payments
To make a credit or debit card payment online, go to www.washingtoncountypayments.com ( You must select JP2 - Judge Douglas Cone) or call in to pay by phone to our bilingual call center at (979) 353-3007.
Payments can also be made in person in the office by the payment forms listed above.
IF YOU FAIL TO APPEAR IN COURT AS PROVIDED BY LAW FOR THE PROSECUTION OF THE OFFENSE OR IF YOU FAIL TO SATISFY A JUDGEMENT ORDERING THE PAYMENT OF A FINE AND COSTS IN THE MANNER ORDERED BY THE COURT, YOU MAY BE DENIED RENEWAL OF YOUR DRIVER’S LICENSE.
* If you are interested in making a payment arrangement with the Court for your citation, personal appearance is required via Zoom meeting at minimum. In order to set this up, you must contact the Court to make arrangements for a meeting. Call our office at 979.836.5008 or email us at [email protected]. This meeting is a visual meeting ONLY. It cannot be done by voice only. For more information, you may also visit our YouTube channel & view the video there.
