Payments MUST be in the form of a money order credit or debit card.


All payments made payable to Washington County.

Information for Credit Card Payments
To make a credit or debit card payment online, go to www.washingtoncountypayments.com ( You must select JP2 - Judge Douglas Cone) or call in to pay by phone to our bilingual call center at (979) 353-3007. 
​Payments can also be made in person in the office by the payment forms listed above.

 IF YOU FAIL TO APPEAR IN COURT AS PROVIDED BY LAW FOR THE PROSECUTION OF THE OFFENSE OR IF YOU FAIL TO SATISFY A JUDGEMENT ORDERING THE PAYMENT OF A FINE AND COSTS IN THE MANNER ORDERED BY THE COURT, YOU MAY BE DENIED
RENEWAL OF YOUR DRIVER’S LICENSE.

​If you are unable to make your payment in full by your appearance date, contact the Court about payment plan options. For all payment plans, you MUST appear in person with your citation, driver license or Texas ID card and a minimum payment. This ONLY APPLIES to current cases, NOT to old and outstanding cases.
